Education Program
Level UP is a training program designed for Canadian budtenders who want to be and do their best. Our program dives deep into the many ways cannabis works with our bodies and how that can change with each experience. We cover everything budtenders need to know about cannabis, from how it’s grown to how products are made, and lots of information about all the ways we consume it. Most importantly, our program teaches budtenders specifically how to speak with customers about cannabis and recommend the right products for them.
Our Programs
Our mission is to provide Canadian budtenders with the education, tools, and training they need to make the right recommendations for each customer they interact with. To achieve this goal, we’ve crafted three programs that provide various levels of interaction with our cannabis education experts, including both e-Learning and in-person offerings.
Level UP
(eLearning)
The Level Up eLearning program is divided into three courses: (1) Cannabis 201; (2) Licensed Producers, Cannabis Products & Cannabis Consumption; and (3) Customer Service and the Customer-Focused Sales Methodology. Any course can be purchased and consumed as a stand-alone course but when you purchase all three courses together, you’ll get a discount on your total and a bonus section featuring FAQs every budtender should know and specific examples of how to answer customers’ questions in a way that’s compliant with Canadian regulations.
Level UP
(Live Version)
The interactive version of the Level UP program is a two-day, hands-on program designed specifically for Canadian budtenders and tailored to each store it’s taught in. In addition to the complete e-learning curriculum, we spend time covering the products featured in your store, learning about brands and LPs, and lots of role-playing practice. Budtenders will even get to experience our well-loved terpene workshop. It’s an educational explosion of scents!
Level UP
(Customized Training)
Our follow-up program. The one-day training session will be curated towards your store’s specific needs and will be based on the knowledge your budtenders got from completing the Level UP program. Connect with one of our educators today to learn how we can build a short and effective program refresher for your team. This program is perfect for staff training days!
