Our Programs

eLearning

Designed for teams who need flexibility in timing, Level UP offers eLearning that can be accessed at any time from any place with an internet connection. The Level Up eLearning program is divided into three courses: Cannabis 201, Licensed Producers, Cannabis Products & Cannabis Consumption, and Customer Service and Consultative Sales. Each course can be purchased and consumed as a stand-alone course, but you’ll get a discount when you purchase all three courses together.

Live & In-Person

The live and in-person version of the Level UP program is a two-day, hands-on program that’s tailored to your store. In addition to the complete eLearning curriculum, your team will cover the products and brands you carry, learn about customer service and sales methodology, and get lots of role-playing practice. Budtenders even get to experience our world-famous terpene workshop. It’s an educational explosion of scents!

Live & Virtual

If you’ve got a working team without a lot of time, our Virtually Live option could be right for you.
